Shirley Temple Black being honored with Life Achievement Award at this year's Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Black, 77, will be presented the award during the 12th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 29. The Life Achievement Award is presented annually to an actor who fosters the "finest ideals of the acting profession."
