Prince William joins military school.

Prince William learned today that he won a spot at Britain's elite military academy at Sandhurst to train to become an army officer.

William, 23, will follow his younger brother Prince Harry into the training college.

In an interview last year, William said he was considering joining the army, adding that he wouldn't expect any special treatment.

"The last thing I want to be is mollycoddled or wrapped up in cotton wool," he said in November. "If I was to join the army, I would want to go where my men went and I would want to do what they did.". . . . . .Full Story
