People with eating disorders are very difficult to deal with. He probably was having difficulty with her for a while now. I actually give him credit for sticking it out as long as he did.
But she was first with him when he was like 300 - 400 pounds. Then he had his surgery. They made a cute couple and it's sad that this all happened.
