Pop star Mariah Carey has become so infuriated by slow building work in her New York apartment she has pleaded for progress during radio interviews.
The HONEY hitmaker, 35, is desperate to move back into her lavish residence, which was flooded last April (05), and has even planned a few extravagant improvements.
But the work is taking so long to complete Carey has been forced to issue an unusual appeal.
