Those photos of Britney Spears' baby will probably be published soon, but first she has to cut a new deal with Kevin -- a source tells "In Touch" magazine "Kevin was supposed to get all the money for the photos-that was their agreement. but Britney is so angry about his behavior, she's refusing to give it to him"

Movie producer-director Lee Daniels - who was hospitalized last week after a heart attack - is apparently feeling well enough to smack around a couple of Oscar-winning actors he has worked with.

She's a lost, confused soul," he continued. "I just had a heart attack, and she's the only one who didn't send me a card. Puffy, who was in my movie, and Billy Bob Thornton, did."

Daniels scoffed at the suggestion that Berry hadn't heard about his medical emergency.

Girlfriend of Junior Varsity guitarist Andy Wildrick found dead.

The body of Olamide Adeyooye, the girlfriend of three years to Junior Varsity guitarist Andy Wildrick, was discovered in a burnt-down Mississippi chicken coop on Monday; she had been missing since October 13. Police have no suspects at this time, but investigators have launched a nationwide search for Adeyooye's car, which is also missing. Police believe the car may contain valuable clues that may help them find Olamide's killers. The car is a green 1996 Toyota Corolla, with Illinois license plate LBG927; the car's rear window bears a sticker from Olamide's college, Illinois State University. 'Star Trek' star George Takei comes out and says he's gay.

Star Trek star George Takei has come out in an interview with Frontiers, an LGB magazine based in Los Angeles.

Takei, famed for his role as Captain Sulu in the original Star Trek series and six subsequent movies, took the opportunity to launch a stinging attack on anti-gay bigotry in modern America.

"It’s not really coming out," Takei explained to the magazine, "...It’s more like a long, long walk through what began as a narrow corridor that starts to widen."

In the interview, Takei revealed that he has been in a long-term relationship with his partner, Brad Altman, for eighteen years.

In a poignant moment, Takei disclosed a very personal tale of family acceptance.
