Bruce Willis has reportedly been pestering stunning model Petra Nemcova for a date - and even donated $50,000 to charity to impress her.

The Hollywood actor had been trying non-stop to get hold of the Czech beauty's telephone number since last week to ask her out.

Pals of the stunning star claim Willis even called the office of Petra's friend Diane Sawyer to try and get her number, according to America's New York Post newspaper.

Staff for Sawyer refused to give the model's contact details out but told the 'Die Hard' actor to contact her modelling agency, Next Models, who also refused to give out her number but did take Willis' digits and pass them on to Petra.
