Restraining order filed against David Letterman thrown out of court.

A New Mexico judge on Tuesday reversed himself and threw out a restraining order against television talk show host David Letterman obtained by a woman who said he sent her coded messages over the airwaves.
The order, which barred Letterman from getting within 100 yards (metres) of Santa Fe resident Colleen Nestler, was quashed by Judge Daniel Sanchez at the request of Letterman's lawyer, Pat Rogers. . . . . .Full Story
Oprah Winfrey’s private plane makes emergency landing.

Oprah Winfrey’s private jet was forced to return to the city airport after its windshield was cracked in a collision with a bird, officials said.
